All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for any products once they have been delivered.
Exceptions (Defective or Incorrect Items)
We only accept refunds in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at salimpromark@gmail.com with clear evidence (photos or videos) of the issue.
If your claim is approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
No Return Policy
We do not accept returns for any reason other than defective or incorrect items. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, you will need to place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you still have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. However, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
